Verifying the Program

Users can verify the program deployed on chain in the following way:

1. Checkout the branch release/v0.1 on [igneous-labs/stake-pool](<https://github.com/igneous-labs/solana-program-library/tree/stake-pool/liquid-deposits>).
2. Run cargo build-bpf in the program directory.
3. Follow the steps in the Solana docs to check that the hashes of the two program binaries match.
